I have never tried it, although I've been hearing about it lately from a few folks.

The licensing authorities of any city or town shall, upon application of any person twenty-one (21) years of age or over having a bona fide residence or place of business within the city or town, or of any person twenty-one (21) years of age or over having a bona fide residence within the United States and a license or permit to carry a pistol or revolver concealed upon his or her person issued by the authorities of any other state or subdivision of the United States, issue a license or permit to the person to carry concealed upon his or her person a pistol or revolver......

Utah is also very good about forming agreements with other states

I assume SSC? Many years ago as a member of SSC I wanted to bring in a professional trap shooter to put on a class using the trap range. When I approached the committee, I was told bylaws prohibit any outside entity from using the club property for personal profit. It would be OK if ALL monies were added to the club treasury. Naturally the pro shooter/instructor didn't care for that idea and the class was put on elsewhere at his regular venue.
So, is Pro shooter contributing all the monies to SSC? If that is the case I would probably take the course just to support the club.
