just moved to Hopkinton. glad to have this resource. working on my class 3 and my ccw. any Hopkinton town permit info would be helpful...

Welcome.
I don't know anything about Hopkinton, but contact the PD and ask for an application and see what they say. Pretty much all PDs say that you can apply to the AG, but tell them that you would rather apply to the HPD if they tell you to use the AG.

However, I don't know how accurate this map is so please let us know how you make out with HPD.

Chief Scuncio does issue, and has upgraded the permit(laminated as opposed to the old paper ones).

well i have sent an email and never got a reply...i am thinking i just need to go down there. what do you think?? to up front?

I don't know how you long ago you sent the email, but at least give them a few days. It might take a few days before they get around to mailing you the application.


Since the supposedly issue, I would go there in person.
If they have changed their policy/chief, I would write a letter. By writing a letter you will have documentation (if they respond...) if they should say they don't issue, which can be used later in court.
